Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose and Glycerin are used to relieve burning sensation, irritability, and discomfort caused by dry eyes or irritation caused by wind, sunlight, and also from exposure to digital screens to the eyes, for example, use of mobile phones, computers, and other digital screens pieces of equipment. Dry eyes occur when your tears cannot provide proper lubrication, which is very important for your eyes to be healthy. Direction to Use

• Use this medication if it is prescribed for you by the medical healthcare professional, your medical professional prescribed it after measuring the condition and problem you are suffering from if it is required. 
• Tilt your head back, lai down on the bed or sofa, and look straight at the top of the ceiling. With your index finger, gently pull your lower eyelid it will form a pocket. Insert the prescribed volume of ointment into the pocket of your lower eyelid. Shut your eyes for 1 to 2 minutes.
• Roll your eyes from side to side to spread the medication and blot excess ointment. 
• If you are also using other eye drops or eye ointments, wait at least five minutes before applying any other medication. Using eye drops before eye ointments allows the eye drops to get into your eyes. 
• Complete the full prescribed course given to you by your medical healthcare professional. 

Side Effects

A few common side effects may occur during treatment with sodium Carboxymethylcellulose and glycerine eye ointment. These side effects are not serious and usually go away on their own. However, it is recommended to consult your doctor if these side effects continue. These side effects may include:

Precautions

• Before starting Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose & Glycerin Eye Ointment tell your doctor if you have glaucoma, high blood pressure, diabetes, eye infection, or injury. It is best to consult your doctor if you have heart disease, Kidney disease, or liver problems. 
• If the irritation persists for 3 days while using Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose & Glycerin Eye Ointment, consult your medical healthcare provider.
• This medication is not for children and is only used if it is highly required and advised by the doctor.
• To prevent the chances of infection, try to avoid touching the tip of the ointment. This will keep the ointment germ and bacteria-free. 
• After using this product, you may experience temporary blurred vision. Please do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in any activities that require blurred vision until you are safe to do so.
